T.M. Tooling’s assembly capability and experience ranges from simple sub-assembly to full scope machine and test fixture building. We will work with you to design, build, and test mechanical assembly-thereby lowering production costs, increasing productivity, and reducing lead time.
CNC Machining
T.M Tooling utilizes Precision CNC Machining for our machined parts. Our facility has an array of advanced equipment for tooling short and long run components. We produce highly complex, three-dimensional machined parts from a variety of materials including Stainless Steel and Magnesium. Our machinists have extensive experience and specializations to machine even the most complex precision parts.
Wire EDM
Wire Electrical Discharge Machining, or commonly called Wire EDM, is used for tool and die making which require very tight tolerances while at the same time producing a nice surface finish which reduces secondary finishing. Wire EDM is also a great option to generate flat patterns for complex parts that are too thin to be machined. This gives T.M. Tooling the unique ability to cut very intricate and delicate shapes.
